[Neurodebian-users] warnings and error when compiling FSL

Hi,

I try to compile FSL on newer ubuntu (11.10 or 12.04) with gcc4.4 or gcc4.6 and tcl/tk 8.4 or 8.5 on machines having i7 or Xeon.
Only Melodic fails on make.
But I get many warnings:

and the error from Melodic:

ERROR::Could not make melodic successfully

Also I first installed FSL from the repository but fsl-feeds failed in melodic (otherwise I really prefer sudo apt-get install from neurodebian!!! :-) )
That is why i am trying to compile from source.

Are gcc,tcl,tk too recent distributions ? Or is the architecture that is not well-defined?
