Hi Yarek,

please forget about this one, sorry for the chaos --- it came from the wrong clipboard.

I was complaining about the kernmagic import error.

Traceback (most recent call last)
/usr/lib/python2.7/dist-packages/IPython/core/extensions.py in load_extension(self, module_str)
     88         if module_str not in sys.modules:
     89             with prepended_to_syspath(self.ipython_extension_dir):
---> 90                 __import__(module_str)
     91         mod = sys.modules[module_str]
     92         return self._call_load_ipython_extension(mod)

ImportError: No module named kernmagic

so my wild guess is that you are using mne-python which you
manually installed since we do not (yet) provide packages for it, and it
complaints about access to MNE matlab toolbox... in any of those I see
no connection to ipython/python we are supporting in NeuroDebian.

I guess -- Direct those questions to mne-python developers (CCed)
