[Neurodebian-users] Problem occurs when two versions of fsl coexist.

Hi,

On my Ubuntu 10.04, both fsl-4.1.8 and fsl-5.0.2 coexist with fsl 5 as the default.

For some reason, I need to run "randomise" in fsl 4.1.8
Hence I first ran " source /usr/share/fsl/4.1/etc/fslconf/fsl.sh" and then "randomise".

However, I got the following error message
" randomise: symbol lookup error: randomise: undefined symbol: _ZN8NEWIMAGE17handle_read_errorEiRKSs"

Any ideas on this? Thanks in advance. BTW, running "randomise" in fsl 5.0 is fine though.

Best

Jerry
