Are you running Ubuntu 11.10 or 11.04? You have configured a package
repo for 11.10, but both packages installed, have been compiled for
11.04 -- I assume you did an upgrade from 11.04 to 11.10. Could you do a
full upgrade of the system and check whether that solves the issue?
