Hi,

We recently deployed Ubuntu 13.04 for FSL parallelization with condor. We have been able to get jobs to que up and run but we are having issue's with running First-Level FEAT.

It will successfully send jobs out to different processes but as soon as it removes the "prefiltered_func_data" it will hang and all process will drop to minimal usage.

We have verified that "/bin/rm -rf prefiltered_func_data* " successfully completes. We also disabled condor and had First-Level FEAT complete, passing this stage without issue.

Any advice on next step of debugging.

------------------------------------------------

Sample FSL Output:

/usr/share/fsl/4.1/bin/fslmaths prefiltered_func_data_intnorm -bptf 33.3333333333 -1 prefiltered_func_data_tempfilt

/usr/share/fsl/4.1/bin/fslmaths prefiltered_func_data_tempfilt filtered_func_data

/usr/share/fsl/4.1/bin/fslmaths filtered_func_data -Tmean mean_func

/bin/rm -rf prefiltered_func_data* <----------
