[Neurodebian-users] dcm2nii problem

Hello,

Regarding these previous posts on the issue with dcm2nii finding the
incorrect number of files:

Did anyone ever look into which specific call was the source of the issue,
i.e. was there a specific system call that dcm2nii is using which resulted
in the incorrect number of files? We are having the same problem in our
lab and would like to know if it is likely to occur with other programs as
well.
