Hi David,
could you please try the following (as root):
wget http://neuro.debian.net/lists/jessie.de-md.libre
mv jessie.de-md.libre /etc/apt/sources.list.d/neurodebian.sources.list
sudo apt-key adv --recv-keys --keyserver pgp.mit.edu 2649A5A9
