[Neurodebian-users] can not install packages in Jessie

hummmm, so i added sid to my sources list
and tried to pull manually
package 'tcl8.4' and 'tk8.4' but wont install
as seems it has no installation candidate.
However this trick did the job to install package
' libjpeg62' for  Rstudio! but still no luck with
FSL--- I think I could go with the virtualmachine
however I wonder , is not the curr virtualmachine
under jessie ? how can it then run the current
version of FSL?
