[Neurodebian-users] beginner Q.

Entire set will probably be too much. 
We don't have a meta package to pull in all those which are in a specific lin4neuro version, so just last everything you need to be installed. There are meta packages from eg debian science blend, eg apt-cache search cognitive to find it
