[Neurodebian-users] Error in FSL tbss_2_reg

Dear all,

I am using FSL 5.3.0 installed on Ubuntu 15.04.

When running "tbss_2_reg -T" for the first time it shows me the following
error:

/usr/share/fsl/5.0/bin/fsl_sub: 506: exec: qsub: not found

and for the next runs it shows this:

Task file (.commands) does not exist
/usr/share/fsl/5.0/bin/fsl_sub: 359: exit: Illegal number: -1


>From searching the web I'm guessing that this could be something related to
the SGE but I couldn't figure out how to fix it.
Please let me know if you have any idea.
