apparently there seems to be some issue with automatic building of
images on singularity hub:
https://github.com/singularityhub/singularityhub.github.io/issues/52
so please just grab the most recent image from
http://datasets.datalad.org/singularity/

Those need to be extracted, so do smth like

wget http://datasets.datalad.org/singularity/neurodebian-v2.3.img.tgz
tar -xzvf neurodebian-v2.3.img.tgz
