FWIW -- that issue is fixed up now, and neurodebian singularity image
from shub is ready for you!

$> singularity pull shub://neurodebian/neurodebian
Progress |===================================| 100.0% 
Done. Container is at: ./neurodebian-neurodebian-master.img
singularity pull shub://neurodebian/neurodebian  93.64s user 18.39s system 51% cpu 3:37.86 total

$> ./neurodebian-neurodebian-master.img

Please source /etc/fsl/fsl.sh if you need FSL, /etc/afni/afni.sh if you need AFNI

$> ls -l /etc/fsl/fsl.sh 
0 lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root 10 Jun 16 03:00 /etc/fsl/fsl.sh -> 5.0/fsl.sh
