I get this message when installing FSL.

$ sudo apt-get install -y fsl-5.0-core fsl-feeds
Reading package lists... Done

I am using these sources.

$ cat /etc/apt/sources.list.d/neurodebian.sources.list
deb http://neuro.debian.net/debian data main contrib non-free
#deb-src http://neuro.debian.net/debian data main contrib non-free
deb http://neuro.debian.net/debian xenial main contrib non-free
#deb-src http://neuro.debian.net/debian xenial main contrib non-free

Just in case this matters.
