[Neurodebian-users] matlab-support package breaks Matlab 2018a

Hi all,
Matlab2018a includes/requires a newer gcc than is included with Ubuntu 16.04.
Because matlab-support is made to workaround the reverse problem, Matlab will not launch after configuring (<=1 dock bounce, then nothing).
After undoing the following library hacks done by matlab-support, normal operation is restored.
- Terminal:
cd /usr/local/MATLAB/R2018a/sys/os/glnxa64/
sudo mv -v libstdc++.so.6.bak libstdc++.so.6
sudo mv -v libgcc_s.so.1.bak libgcc_s.so.1
Thanks,
Thad
