[Neurodebian-users] nibabel emits warning on Ubuntu 16.04

Hi Dimitri,

Unfortunately nibabel 2.3 won't work with indexed gzip <= 0.6.1.

Until indexed gzip gets updated for neurodebian, you do have the option of
installing indexed gzip via pypi. It will soon be on conda-forge too.
