since it needs all the freshish go libraries, a straightforward backport
build is not possible.

I have built "ndall" (to go into all debian/ubuntu releases like the one
we have for git-annex-standalone) but then libseccomp dependency kicks
in but backporting that one  is a "touchy topic" since it is such a core
library...  ideally there should be some "bundled" build of the
singularity-container which would then bundle that library... but would
need more time/work which I could not invest in ATM.

Meanwhile I had patched 2.6.1 version so it works again on more recent
linux kernels ;)
