Some pages need to be updated:

- Under FAQ "I want to help. How do I get involved?" in 
https://neuro.debian.net/faq.html:
   The neurodebian-devel mailing list doesn't exist any more. Perhaps 
replace it with team at neuro.debian.net, which is advertised in other FAQ 
sections?

- In page https://neuro.debian.net/about.html:
   The mailing list neurodebian-upstream doesn't exist any more.

- In page https://neuro.debian.net/projects.html:
   The mailing lists neurodebian-devel doesn't exist any more.
