line and see if it prints an absolute path to the script. If the
ants applications aren't in your path the output is empty.<br>

cannot find it. I have tried to update it, which works fine,
and I have tried to remove and reinstall ANTs, and I have even
tried to run the script on a different virtual machine; none
of these steps helped. Any ideas what may be wrong?</div>
