[Nut-upsdev] Network UPS Tools version 2.0.3-pre2 released

"lsusb -v" claims the report descriptor length is really 1040.  If I apply 
the following hack ...

(Arnaud and John Stamp may recall some correspondence about this last June.
I haven't had much time to look at nut since then!)
