No, I think the convention is that maintainer-generated files are
archived in SVN (such as ./configure, drivers/Makefile.drvbuild); only
installer-generated files (such as ./Makefile, include/config.h)
aren't.
This means that there are some non-source files in SVN, but has the
advantage of simpler compilation directly from SVN.
