[Nut-upsdev] new ups for database?

This does not look promising. However, it is consistent with your
previous debugging output, which showed "Broken pipe" errors instead
of data. I am not sure what causes this, but I would guess the problem
is at least partly caused by the UPS, rather than the driver.
I don't have a high opinion of Belkin; they produce hardware that is
often badly designed and does not comply with published standards such
as the USB standard. This could be a losing battle.
