[Nut-upsdev] upsd listening on multiple sockets

See the attached output. I think I have the option to let upsd listen on
multiple TCP sockets working. Now if only someone is able to help me out
with the ../common/libcommon.a problems I seem to be having now with
upsclient.c, I can commit the code to the trunk.
