[Nut-upsdev] [PATCH] upsstatus += HB, TEST

Here I propose 2 new status flags for inclusion into NUT:

  HB    - HighBattery
  TEST  - Battery test is running


rationale: Eltek AL175 alarm module provides this info, therefore
rationale: I dicide to add them.
