not that much. We at least have the mib contributors:
$ head drivers/apccmib.h drivers/ietfmib.h drivers/mgemib.h
drivers/netvisionmib.h drivers/pwmib.h
I think the most difficult (long is better) part is to re achitecture
the beast and get it in good shape to support more easily future
evolution.
