Which program did you use to generate the file? Can you save it in a
text format?

Also, please post the file on a web page somewhere if it is over ~50 KB.

Right now, the most useful format is the text output from usbsnoop, as
obtained from the following page:

If you used the other USB sniffer from sf.net, then this might help:
