[Nut-upsdev] Commit failure

What is going on here? I'm trying to commit a change, but it 
(repeatedly) fails, so apparently there is something wrong:

I have no idea what is wrong and therefor, no idea what can be done to 
fix this. Anyone?

PS  Basically, I'm trying to backport r1466 to Testing.
