Indeed. But Michel reported success with the old 'fentonups' driver that
uses the 'I' command to detect a UPS and not 'Q1' like 'megatec' does.
Maybe the Alpha 500 iC UPS requires that you first send it an 'I' command
before is starts answering the 'Q1' command.
