Oops, this accidentally slipped in as well. This update changed the  
behavior of the netxml-ups driver to allow a NSM-client only mode. In  
this mode, an outlet needs to be specified in 'ups.conf' to which the  
driver will subscribe. It will then only listen to the alarms it  
receives and does *not* poll for data. Fortunately, this  
work-in-progress compiles cleanly, so I will postpone the final  
updates to a later date.
