As Arjen mentioned, the USB patch should be obsolete now.
Of the remaining patches, I think the only one which is still
applicable is the IPv6 config test.
The unpatched SVN trunk doesn't detect IPv6: http://buildbot.ghz.cc/public/nut/builders/FreeBSD-i686/builds/90/steps/compile/logs/stdio
Arjen: do you see any high-level problems with the Ports tree patch
for enabling IPv6? I have attached it for reference.
