Now I got it. I walked throug the blazer_instcmd and now I understand the
function. If it handle the shutdown.stop it would send the shutdown.return
otherwise it try again.

I was not mistrusting you, it was only that I hade some mail exange with
Vladimir, and looked at the code. And it was not clear to me how that was
handled.
