Successful Shutdown with these settings:
#cat /etc/nut/ups.conf
driver = blazer_ser
port = /dev/ttyUSB1
default.battery.voltage.low = 21.5
upsmon shutdowns the system at around 23v without setting
default.battery.voltage.low. although, seems the ups sends a shutdown
signal at around 22v. anyway 21.5 seems reasonable.
