I would have to dust off some older HID parsing code to dig deeper into this, but at first glance, it looks like there are just some bad exponents on the voltages.
Unfortunately, the actual voltages are affected, and the config voltages aren't, so the tricks we play in the Belkin subdriver (to scale the actuals based on the config values) won't work. So it's fixable, just not in a general way.
