What times did you start the service? (I only see requests for string descriptors, but no transfers of the device descriptor that I would expect to see at driver startup.)

When you started and stopped the NUT service, did you see any messages which indicated success or failure of the driver? If this works the way the Unix-based drivers work, the driver should exit if it can't properly connect to the UPS.

(Hopefully the UPS is responding the same as it was for Rob Power on Linux, but we still have a number of variables in play.)
