[Nut-upsdev] smsbrasil-0.0.2 driver

Hello again!

Sorry for not being able to test this before.

Ulisses, please apply the patch to fix typo in my e-mail address.

I've compiled it against nut-2.6.5 about 10 hours ago. It was everything
fine until now. I'm seeing CHRG but the ups led wasn't blinking at all.
Vendor software was strangely showing charging also. I am assuming this is
expected behavior.

I've set the following parameters according to my ups datasheet (
http://www.sms.com.br/aplicacoes/documentos/01sql07/inc/arquivo_hd_familia.asp?familiaID=N037)
and estimated runtime is good.

I'm waiting feedback (if any) then I will relocate this ups to a dedicated
test pc and test how the driver behaves while running on battery and its
responses to commands. After this, I will compare against vendor software
and post final results here.

I am also looking for any advice on test methodology.

Rodrigo
