[Nut-upsdev] Allow status name as alternative <notify_type>

Alongside the discussion of ALARM handling in upsmon, 
https://github.com/networkupstools/nut/issues/415 , I would like to 
suggest a minor change in upsmon which would help the documentation 
explain the flow of statuses in NUT.

Certain <notify_type> values in upsmon.conf correspond to statuses.  I 
propose allowing the status name as an alternative to the current 
<notify_type>.

For example, allow

    NOTIFYMSG LB "UPS %s Ave Cesar Morituri te Salutant"

The alternative <notify_type> names are LOWBATT=LB, ONBATT=OB, ONLINE=OL 
and REPLBATT=RB.

The same change woud apply to command

    AT <notify_type> upsname command

in upssched.conf.

The idea is to make the flow of statuses through the NUT processes as 
obvious as possible to Joe Noob.

PS NUT seem to be discussed in so many places that it is difficult to know 
where is the correct place to post: nut-upsdev, nut-upsuser, GitHub issue 
X, GitHub issue Y? I have no idea where some of my posts went.
