[Nut-upsdev] NUT namespace: RFC for new variable addition

Hi all,

in order to track which phase (L1, L2, L3) feeds a physical outlet groups
on a rack PDU, I'd like to extend the NUT namespace to add a new variable:
outlet.group.n.phase
