Hello Mathias,

maybe the driver is still running?

ps -aux|grep usbhid
nut 1905 0.1 0.0 17224 356 ? Ss 18:02 0:03 /lib/nut/usbhid-ups -a mge

pstree -p|grep usbhid
            |-usbhid-ups(1905)

please try
/lib/nut/usbhid-ups -u nut -a USV -D

Grüße
Carsten

The nut-server init script in the Debian package will start the driver, upsd, and upsmon. (You also don't need the "-u root" flag if the /dev node is already in the NUT group.) Please try again and let us know how it works (051d:0002 devices should be supported by NUT).
