[Nut-upsdev] R: [HCL] <EPYC> <UPS> supported by <usbhid-ups -Cyber Power>

I am sorry about the delays with HCL maintenance; was too busy with urgent
code fixes and sadly nobody stepped up yet to help convert such data
submissions to PRs.

I hope to get to that backlog over the holiday season.
