[Nut-upsdev] WG: Question regarding Mini UPS FX 5-12 Pro

Wondering: is an arduino VM, or whatever similar, possible to unit-test NUT
itself? That is, to talk (v)USB media to some mock on the other side, from
VM to VM or inside one system, to check that wire protocol is not regressed
(endianness and all).
Also a slight correction: NUT does have its protocol(s), but that is for
comms between vendor/media specific drivers and local upsd, and upsd to
local or remote clients like upsmon, upsc, cgi, libs...
