[Nut-upsdev] A new step in NUT community building - signing up for fiscal hosting!

Thanks to everybody who has already responded, you are great! :)
As usual, developers are also called up to volunteer, we have a few PRs to
make sense of, test/fix and deem worthy of a merge, as well as that bounty
recently revived for supporting data points in an UPS (see recent ML
history)...
