[Nut-upsdev] Seeking volunteers for a Modbus driver

Cheers all,

  If you wonder how to usefully spend the winter vacations,
https://github.com/networkupstools/nut/issues/2696 is a plea for a new
Modbus driver for a small industrial DIN-Rail mounted UPS.

  Open documentation is attached to the ticket, so hopefully this quest is
about taking an existing modbus driver as a model (we have several) and
adapting to that device's protocol.
