[Nut-upsdev] Cat is out, mice can dance: v2.8.5-rc4

Hello all,
I'll be traveling for a couple of weeks, so there is little disruption
expected for the NUT repository, like there was with the past weeks' flurry
of PRs as a lot of people posted new drivers and other features etc. to get
them released. And fixes to reported bugs, some noted with NUT for Windows
but possibly impacting more platforms.
So thanks to the heightened community activity, we missed the "before
FOSDEM" goal, but can end up with a sturdier release than it could have
been if otherwise rushed.
I've tagged the current "master branch" codebase state as v2.8.5-rc4. It
is possible some changes will land ater that before the actual release, but
there should not be anything drastic and potentially breaking... so I
challenge and welcome you to give it a roll, see if it goes well enough!
Cheers,
Jim Klimov
