[Nut-upsdev] Cyberpower add HID Usage (NeedReplacement)

Thanks, revised and posted as PR

I suppose it will soon become part of master branch, eventually part of NUT
v2.8.5 release whenever that happens (hopefully even soon, before FOSDEM),
and available in OS distributions following their schedule (maybe in new
major releases).
