it seems you've used upstype=4 which differs a bit on the SD flag (not
important for the present problem).
Try to define "OL=-CTS" and make some test like that to validate the mfr
info.
from there, you're on your own as can't give more info...
Keeping the list cc'ed means that others can step up.
