you missed the upgrade the html files...

try to launch victronups in debug mode (ie victronups -DDDDD -a your_ups)
to check what happens at init time.

Then Gert lynge and Daniel Prynych might have some more
ideas...

The best way to validate that there is data for your
ups is using upsc...
