[Nut-upsuser] About NUT Mailing lists

As you might have seen, the lists archives
have disapeared, and subscription are no
more valid.

These lists have moved to Alioth, but 
for technical and privacy reasons, you will
need to subscribe to these explicitly:
https://alioth.debian.org/mail/?group_id=30602

Moreover, the lists name have changed a bit:
- nut-upsuser: replace ups@...
- nut-upsdev: replace upsdev@...
- hidups has been dropped as it's not useful anymore

I will check what I can do for the archives, but I'm
not so confident for the moment...
