that should be a problem of dependencies.
I had to rebuild all my qt/kde packages not long ago on Debian for that kind
of reason (ABI changes on QT/KDE)...

and the "UPS Monitor" link leads to a Spanish error page.

I had some news from Manuel (ups-monitor author), who told me that it will
be back online soon...
