[Nut-upsuser] SVN Newhidups driver

Here's a little more information on the issue. I am eager to get this working.
Its a cyberpower 1200AVR with serial and USB. I couldn't get the
serial to work with either the cyberpower driver or the cpsups driver.

I thought I was in luck with the newhids driver as it is detected, I
can run the driver in -D debug mode and it polls the ups. Below you
notice without the -D it immediatly halts with a error regarding the
beeper variable.

Does anyone have this model of ups working, and can anyone shed some
light on this error.
