[Nut-upsuser] Belkin F6H650 on USB port

You should first get a current version of NUT. Get release 2.0.4 or
later, and preferably the Development version (see
http://www.networkupstools.org/source.html -> "Develoment Tree").
The driver to use is newhidups. -- Peter
