[Nut-upsuser] How to turn off nut syslogd messages?

I frequently login via upsc to check my UPS statistics, but it pollutes syslog:

Jun  2 20:02:03 p34 upsd[3811]: Client on 127.0.0.1 logged out
Jun  2 20:05:01 p34 upsd[3811]: Connection from 127.0.0.1
Jun  2 20:05:01 p34 upsd[3811]: Client on 127.0.0.1 logged out
Jun  2 20:05:01 p34 upsd[3811]: Connection from 127.0.0.1
Jun  2 20:05:01 p34 upsd[3811]: Client on 127.0.0.1 logged out
Jun  2 20:05:01 p34 upsd[3811]: Connection from 127.0.0.1
